Information & Policies


  • All rates include breakfast and are based upon single or double occupancy.
  • A 7% lodging tax will be added to all room rates.
  • We have a two-night minimum.
  • A three night minimum may be required during some holiday periods or during some special events.


  • A deposit in the amount of 50% of your total booking will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is confirmed.
  • The balance will be charged at 21 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations made within the 21 days arrival period, payment in full is charged at time of booking.

Method of Payment:

  • We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund in the form of a transferable Gift Certificate for a future stay or a refund to your credit card less a $50.00 processing charge.
  • If you cancel 21 days or less prior to your arrival date, the same refund options are available ONLY if the reserved room(s) can be re-booked. Otherwise, you will  be charged your total booking.

Check In:

Check in between 4 and 6 p.m. Special arrangements for late arrivals.

Check Out:

Check out before 11 a.m.
